About Me
My profound curiosity about the inner workings of businesses and their production processes led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions, each one providing useful experience that has helped me hone my abilities in the industry. To further my background in business management, I earned a master’s degree in MBA in 2022.
Aria Rock Wool Co. is one of Iran’s top five producers of isolation manufacturing; it employs more than 200 people and has a sizable export market to the Middle East. The combination of my passion for entrepreneurship and the invaluable experience I received allowed me to establish my companies.
From 2023, I am working on launching the Diaco Center. It will serve as an intelligent, online, and global matchmaking platform that brings together entrepreneurs and technology owners from all over the world. Discovering the right individual with the right approach or technology to fix a production flow issue has never been easier than with this platform.

My professional adventure culminated at Diaco Center, where my technical talent and wealth of expertise were put to good use. Working with major companies and on global projects has been a blast, and I’ve solidified my reputation as an expert in my field because of my extensive training and education. In my role as COO at Diaco Center, where I am responsible for managing the project registration process, I have made great strides in streamlining the referral, request, and acceptance procedures by implementing cutting-edge technological solutions.
Aria Rock Wool Company is one of the most popular and prominent manufacturers of hot and cold insulation, refrigeration, and sound insulation, whose products include rock wool insulation (blanket, pipe, board, quilt) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) cold insulation in different types, such as boards, pipe, injections, sprays and various shapes like flange, elbow, and fitting. In 2015, I launched this company while accompanying an R&D team, which succeeded in purchasing various equipment for cutting machines and producing this type of insulation. Also, I started designing and producing fireproof insulation based on the research and development team until the design and creation of an industrial unit. I also implemented many large projects in the refinery and petrochemical sectors. Aria Rockwool Company has succeeded with my management, in receiving quality certificates and membership in such groups as National Iranian Oil Company (long list), POGC, NIOEC, PIDEMCO, OIEC, NPC, SIPIEM, SPEC, IMIDRO, housing research center. This company has also earned the standard certificate of Iran.
I have established Arman Insulation company to supply, distribute, and marketing of thermal insulations of various types. This company also has multiple non-combustible insulating bricks made of aluminum silicate, alumina, related mortars, and non-combustible masses (concrete) and insulating powders. We are a comprehensive supplier of industrial and construction insulation materials, including fiber-based insulators such as ceramic fiber, rock wool, slag wool, and glass wool.
